In order to realize a better quality of life and community welfare, Social Security Agency for Employment through the Social and Environmental Security program of Social Security Agency for Employment transparently and ethically implements the 4 Pillars of Social and Environmental Responsibility, namely the Community Bridge, Empowerment Bridge, Concern Bridge and Sustainability Bridge.
In 2018, the Social Responsibility Program organized various activities, such as the Organizing of "Joint Homecoming" with Social Security Agency for Employment which was held simultaneously in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Cikarang, Karawang and Purwakarta with a total of 10,000 homecoming participants with the destination of Central Java, East Java and Lampung. In order to provide equality to persons with disabilities, in April 2018, the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program provided assistance to 526 persons with disabilities in the form of business training, business aids and mobility aids. This activity was given in an event entitled "Gebyar Disabilitas" which was held in Surakarta, Central Java.
In order to respond quickly to disasters in Indonesia, the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program provides assistance to victims of natural disasters, such as the Earthquake Disaster in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, the Tsunami Disaster in Palu Donggala and other natural disasters. On another occasion, the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program held Cheap Markets simultaneously in 164 cities which was held 2 times, namely before Eid al-Fitr and in commemoration of the 41st Anniversary of Social Security Agency for Employment.
As a form of providing environmentally-friendly and child-friendly Employment Social Security educational media, at the end of 2018, the construction of 2 Social Security Agency for Employment Green Open Spaces has begun at Central Point Of Indonesia, Makassar and the Kebo Iwa Gianyar Sports Building, Bali. The two Social Security Agency for Employment Green Open Spaces are a reflection of the four Social Security Agency for Employment programs.
Overall, in 2018, the 4 Pillars of Social and Environmental Responsibility have been implemented with a percentage of 42% for Sustainability Bridge, 39% for Concern Bridge, 11% Community Bridge, and 6% for Empowerment Bridge.
